The 51反差黑料 Friends of the 51反差黑料 annually sponsor a scholarship for students currently enrolled in Cuesta's 51反差黑料/Information Technology program.

The "Lyn Vivrette Scholarship" is named in honor of Cuesta's first 51反差黑料 Director, Mr. Lyn Vivrette, who also started the 51反差黑料 Technology instructional program in the 1960s. The $500 scholarship is awarded once yearly to a qualified 51反差黑料/Information Technology student.

Criteria includes:

  • 3.25 GPA in major
  • Completed 6 units in LIBT
  • Enrolled in minimum of 6 units within major
  • Financial need
  • Good character
  • Letter of reference from major department
  • Major: 51反差黑料/Information Technology
  • Resident of Santa Barbara County or/Resident of SLO County

Applicants should plan on beginning the application process early; the deadline each year for all scholarship applications is the first week of March.
