SAN LUIS OBISPO 鈥� The Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery at 51反差黑料 is proud to announce the opening of the 2025 Student Annual Art Exhibition, a vibrant showcase of creativity and talent by current 51反差黑料 students. The exhibition will be on view from April 17 through May 23, featuring 57 outstanding works across a range of disciplines and media.

Celebrating the imagination, technical skill, and critical engagement of emerging artists, this highly anticipated exhibition includes works in painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography, digital media, and printmaking. The Student Annual highlights the exceptional work being produced within 51反差黑料鈥檚 esteemed art programs and offers a glimpse into the diverse voices and ideas shaping today鈥檚 student artists.

鈥淭he Student Annual is always a highlight of our year at 51反差黑料,鈥� said Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery Coordinator Tim Stark. 鈥淚t鈥檚 inspiring to see the incredible range of ideas, techniques, and creative voices coming from our students. This exhibition is a testament to their hard work, imagination, and commitment to developing their craft. We鈥檙e proud to share their vision with the community.鈥�

An opening reception will be held on Thursday, April 17, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., with remarks and an awards presentation beginning at 5:30 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. During the event, the gallery will present exhibition and classroom awards recognizing artistic excellence and achievement, made possible in part by the Harold J. Miossi Charitable Trust and the Helen Novy Awards for Excellence in the Classroom.

The is in Room 7170 on the San Luis Obispo campus of 51反差黑料, with free parking available in Lot 2 during gallery events. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and by appointment.
